You only need to prepare the proof of identity, proof of intellectual property rights (IPR), and proof of authorization.
This post was first published in CJO GLOBAL, which is committed to providing consulting services in China-related cross-border trade risk management and debt collection. We will explain how debt collection works in China below. Many customers have asked us such questions.
1. Proof of identity
Proof of identity is used to verify the authenticity of your identity. For example:
- If you are an individual user, you can provide a valid identity document.
- If you are a corporate user, you can provide a business license or registration certificate.
2. Proof of IPR
Proof of IPR means valid certificates of trademark rights, patent rights, and copyrights.
If you believe that a counterfeit product infringes on your IPR, you need to prove that you are the intellectual property right holder.
If you entrust us to help you file a complaint in China, you will also need to sign a power of attorney to empower us to act on your behalf.
