Prof. Huo Zhengxin is a Professor of Law at the China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). He is a member of the China Law Society, the China Society of Private International Law and the Chinese Lawyers’ Association. Huo Zhengxin is also an associate member of the Centre for Private International Law at the University of Aberdeen Law School, UK, and an associate member of the International Academy of Comparative Law. He is an observer of the UNESCO 1970 Convention and a practicing lawyer of the People’s Republic of China. His focus of teaching and research includes Private International Law, Comparative Law and International Culture Property Law.
