The Regulations on the Registration of Authentic Identity Information of Telephone Subscribers entered into force on 1 Sept. 2013.

There are 21 articles in total, which aim to specify the registration of authentic identity information of users by the telecommunications business operators when handling the network access procedures of fixed-line telephone and mobile phone (including wireless network cards).
