The Work Plan on the Further Implementation for the Authenticity Verification of the Filing Information of Websites entered into force on 8 Feb. 2010.

The Plan is divided into 5 parts, which aim to clarify that, when the website sponsors apply for the filing of Internet-based information services, the Internet access providers shall verify the authenticity of the subject information, contact information, website information submitted by the website sponsors, and the access information submitted by themselves, and then submit the information to the regulatory authorities for the record.
