Notice on Strengthening the Administration of Copyrights in Cyberliterature entered into force on 4 Nov. 2016.

The Notice aims to urge the Internet service providers that provide literary works via information networks and relevant network services to strengthen the inspect of copyrights and shall not facilitate users in spreading literary works without permission of the right holders.
