The Notice on Cracking down Applications Infringing Users’ Rights and Interests was issued on 31 Oct. 2019.

The Notice is divided into four parts, which aim to supervise the following illegal behaviors of mobile app operators: illegal collection and use of users’ personal information, unreasonable acquisition of users’ permission, and setting barriers on user account deregistration.
