The Provisions on Several Issues concerning the Application of Laws in the Trial of Civil Disputes over Infringement of Personal Rights and Interests by Using Information Networks entered into force on 10 Oct. 2014.

There are 19 articles in total, which aim to interpret Article 36 of the PRC Tort Law, that is, under what circumstances should network users and network service providers bear the tort liability if they use the network to infringe upon the civil rights and interests of others.
