- Online centralized promotion refers to the business activities where organizers centralize online sellers to sell goods or provide services with preferential conditions on the Internet within a specific time.
- The organizer shall publicize the information such as the term, method, and rules of online centralized promotion in a prominent position on the website and in a prominent way in advance, and shall not deceive or mislead consumers during the promotion.
- The organizer may announce the transaction volume, but shall not manipulate the transaction volume by false advertising.
