The Administrative Measures for Online Electronic Invoices were promulgated on 25 Feb. 2013, and amended in 2018. The latest version entered into force on 15 June 2018.

There are 16 articles in total, which aim to manage the invoices issued through the online invoice management system published by the State Taxation Administration and the tax bureaus at the provincial level.
