The Guiding Opinions on Deepening the Integration and Sharing of Public Resource Trading Platforms were issued on 19 May 2019.

The Opinions are divided into 5 parts, totaling 15 articles, which aim to integrate the decentralized trading platforms for engineering construction project bidding, land use right and mining right transfer, state-owned property right transaction, government procurement, etc., and to establish a public resource trading platform system on the aforesaid basis.
