Notice on Implementation of the Anti-Terrorism Law and Other Laws to Further Complete the Registration of the Real Identity Information of Telephone Users entered into force on 24 May 2016.

The Notice is divided into 4 parts, with the aim to urge the telecommunications and other business operators to check the identity of customers and make supplemental registration for old users who have not registered their real identity.
