International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) , a non-governmental international organization, was established on October 15, 2020. Supported and initiated by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, ICDPASO was set up by China Chamber of International Commerce, along with commercial associations, legal service agencies, universities and think tanks across the world.
The purpose of ICDPASO is to provide international, professional and convenient public legal services for the global business community, promote a safer and law-based global business environment, and advance the construction of a fair and reasonable international economic order.
According to ICDPASO's Charter, its major business is to provide services of international commercial dispute prevention and settlement in accordance with relevant laws, including but not limited to the following activities: publicity and training, dialogue and consultation, compliance of laws and regulations, early warning and precautionary measures, promotion of the standard contract, and diversified dispute settlement mechanism.
