Zhang Yongjian (张勇健) is a judge of China’s Supreme People’s Court (SPC). He now serves as the Vice President of the SPC’s First Circuit Court and judge of China International Commercial Court (CICC). Before then, Judge Zhang held position of Director of the SPC’s 4th Civil Division.
From December 2012, he held the positions of Director of the 1st Civil Division, Member of the Adjudication Committee, Director of the 2nd Civil Division, and Director of the 4th Civil Division in the SPC. In April 2017, he was appointed as the Vice President of the First Circuit Court of the SPC.
