Judge Liu Guixiang (刘贵祥) of China’s Supreme People’s Court

Liu Guixiang is the member of the Supreme People’s Court judicial committee, and Grand Justice of the second rank. As far as we know, he is in charge of foreign-related civil and commercial litigation and judgment enforcement in Supreme People’s Court. He was president of the First Circuit Court, director of the enforcement department of the Supreme People's Court and Director of the SPC’s 4th Civil Division.
