Prior to the establishment of Ansheng, Ms. Shuo Jiang practiced in King & Wood Mallesons (Beijing office) and Commerce & Finance Law Offices (Beijing office).
Ms. Jiang has extensive experience in dispute resolution, investment, financing, mergers and acquisitions, and specializes in providing dispute resolution and ADR services for capital market participants. Her legal practice focuses on three-dimensional (featuring civil, criminal and administrative) services on post-investment management and project withdrawal for fund management companies and investment companies; specialized services on mergers and acquisitions, information disclosure violations, insider trading for multiple listed companies; and disputes regarding control of company, disputes between shareholders, and other types of internal and external corporate disputes.
