Full texts of China’s bilateral treaties on recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and other judicial assistance matters are now available. The information below comes from the website of the PRC Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

To date, China and 39 States have concluded bilateral judicial assistance treaties, among which 35 bilateral treaties include the judgment enforcement clauses.
