Parents shall have the following rights and duties:
- the right to raise their children who are minors or are not capable of living on their own;
- the right to demand support from their adult child (children) under the circumstance where the parents are unable to work or have difficulty in self-sustaining;
- the right and duty to educate and protect their minor children;
- the right and duty to bring up, educate and protect their children even after the divorce of parents; and
- the right for both parents and children to inherit each other's property.
